  1. Caused by gear transmission problem:
    Check whether the synchronous belt drive of the horizontal machining center spindle is cracked.
  1. The three-phase power supply of the spindle is out of phase or reversed:
    Check the power supply and replace any two power plugs.
  1. Line connection error:
    Carefully refer to the line connection guide to ensure that the connection is correct.
  1. The management system has no corresponding spindle control signal output:
    Use a multimeter to measure the management system signal output port. If there is no spindle control signal output, it is necessary to replace the relevant IC electronic components or send it to the factory for repair.
  1. The management system has a clear spindle control signal output, but the power supply distribution circuit and the control signal output circuit are short-circuited or the electronic components are damaged.
    Use a multimeter to check the power supply circuit between the horizontal machining center management system and the spindle motor. Whether there is a short circuit in the signal control circuit, whether the contact points between the connecting lines are bad, whether the DC relay is damaged, whether the thermal relay is overcurrent, whether the fuse tube is damaged, etc.
